About Us

Our History

Reasonable Roofing and Contracting was started as Reasonable Roofing back in 1984 and was acquired in 2020. We are proud to carry on the tradition of their family-owned and operated and locally-owned and operated company.

Over time we have expanded our specialties to include roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. We have also been able to extend our reach to provide award-winning services to home and business owners across St. Clair County, where we were originally founded in Port Huron, Oakland County, Macomb County, and Wayne County.

Our Mission

Our goal is to “provide quality and reliable services for homes in need of new roofs, siding, and windows” across St. Clair, Macomb, Oakland, Sanilac and Lapeer County.

We believe that the best way of doing so is not only by providing great work but by also making the entire process simple by having a dedication to great customer service. That means staying in contact with you and extending a helping hand through the entire process.

Where We Are Now

Since our start, we have been able to work on a wide variety of residential and commercial buildings. In this time, we have rehabilitated historical homes that need very difficult and unique work with copper, cedar, and slate along with more modern homes and commercial buildings. We are able to do such great work with our professionally-trained, 30-person crew.

We are honored to have had the opportunity to give back to our community. One way is through our work with Habitat for Humanity. We have also been blessed to be in the position to participate in local fire and police fundraisers. We encourage you to work with companies that support the community and, if possible, give back when you can as well.
