They did excellent work and got it done in good time as well.

Had some 28 year old siding come partially separated from house during high wind. Color could not be matched so Reasonanble carefully took down the entire affected side and reinstalled it without breaking one piece. This saved me a lot of money. I would have had to reside the entire house because of the color match issue. Price was unbelievably inexpensive. The 2 installers were just impressive to watch.

Everything was perfect.

On behalf of Bethel Lutheran Church, 26400 Little Mack Ave, St. Clair Shores, MI: Cathy and Jim worked with us on the terms and conditions suitable for our roofing project. Their price was competitive on quality materials and warranties. Reasonable roofing did an incredible job on our house! We had quite the old roof and a strange setup with part of the roof being flat and some old solar heaters from previous owners. They were great at explaining the benefits of a TPO system for flat part of the roof and helped pair it nicely with the shingle we chose. The roofers were all extremely nice and friendly explaining to me where they were at in the process as I came and went from the home. Pricing was great. 100% recommend if you need a roof of any size shape or layout they can do it all! Property was left spotless during the project when they left for the night and thoroughly cleaned up post job as well. No shortcuts taken with reasonable roofing!

Very helpful, great service.

We had our Siding replaced this past fall. Val helped guide through the options and taught us more than we could ever ask for about the process. Thank you Val and the Reasonable Team!

My husband and I had a roof emergency that had us stressed until we got in contact with Val from Reasonable Roof & Contracting. Val made the entire process seamless, she came out to take a look at the roof, suggested what she thought would be the best options for us and prepared everything we needed in no time! Truly after talking to her we knew we could trust her and her team with everything, she made sure to walk us through everything and answer all of our questions. Jim, the Production Manger, kept my husband in the loop of our next steps and what we could expect. Then Chad and the roofing crew took over to complete the process. I was in awe of the professionalism of everyone we talked to and their commitment and support to get this done in a timely manner for us (even with so many snow storms). Chad and his team cleaned everything up once they were done, I came home and didn’t even realize they had been there! We have some friends that also need some roof work done in their new home and we have proudly shared Val’s contact information. We will continue to refer Val and the entire team at Reasonable Roof & Contracting to everyone we know!

Recently had a leak appear in my roof during a bad winter storm and reasonable contracting saved the day! The salesperson Valerie made the entire process a walk in the park and made my stressful situation into excitement as the price for the new roof was outstanding. From start to finish Valerie took care of everything, making it stress free and easy. Jim the production manager kept me posted with the status of dumpster delivery and when Chad and his crew would be there to install. Chad lead an amazing crew who not only installed a beautiful new roof, but cleaned up the yard as if they were never there! If you are in need of a new roof there is no other place to go, call reasonable contracting and ask for Valerie!

John was awsome. Very knowledgeable and really did a great job! Will be calling for future projects.

I’ve seen Brian discuss his craft several times at BNI, and he consistently demonstrates strong knowledge of the roofing industry. He communicates clearly and is always working to expand his expertise through additional certifications. My father-in-law used his company for a roofing project, with Brian as the primary point of contact. When a cross beam broke during the job, Brian reached out promptly, clearly explained the issue, and already had a solution in place. I’ll definitely be keeping Brian’s number handy for any future roofing needs.

Brian Fitzpatrick gave a great explanation of all the products and of the process of the work that needed to be completed. If you are looking for a new roof no need to look any further! You have come to the right place.

We have worked with the Reasonable Roofing Team over the years and have always had great communication and service. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable and really works hard for his customers. Keep it up!!!

Reasonable Roofing is a great community partner. Their recent donation of shingles and labor for our neighborhood park pavilions was very generous and very much appreciated. They provided professional, quality, and exceptional workmanship throughout the project. It was a pleasure working with them.

Val and her team were wonderful to work with. She was thorough, explained every detail and handled the project with integrity—never simply trying to sell us a roof. Our project took a little longer to start than expected, but we are satisfied with the final result.

They are very affordable and do outstanding work!! Everything was done the same day, my roof.

Great communication and service through full project!

Was in need of a complete tear-off and reshingle of my 121 year old home
Had 3 quotes from local companies..All were very professional. The thing that made me go with Reasonable was the extra information that the rep Brian conveyed to me.. I spent a half hour at their office and was pleasantly surprised on how professional and knowledgeable he was plus how welcoming and friendly all the staff are. I felt comfortable choosing them
The crew literally did the project in 1 day. Just before bad weather hit..I was astonished...From the beginning to the end a great experience. From something I was putting off and dreading to an overall feeling of relief and satisfaction..

We selected the Owens-Corning shingles and they look great! Val stayed in contact throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the results of our roofing replacement. The install team came out as scheduled and got right to work. Wayne and Terry made adjustments to our bay window and now it looks even better than the original. Val came back after the job was completed to make sure we were happy. She went around the work site to make sure the clean up was complete. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience with Reasonable Roofing and the price that we paid was comparable to other bids we received.

We hired Reasonable Contracting for our siding project, from the very get go Brian Fitzpatrick blew all other siding contractors out of the water with his presentation and information on our home transformation. He promised a job start date and followed through with fantastic crew of guys that spent two weeks redoing the siding, trim and gutters. The craftsmanship and care that foreman's Shawn and Dan made sure of set our minds at ease through the whole process. We could not be happier. Thank you Reasonable Roofing and Contracting.

Quality workmanship! Photos taken as the job was in progress. Frank came today to do a final inspection. Gave 50% of price up front and 50% when finished

Reasonable Contracting recently completed a tear off and re-roof on our home in St Clair. Very impressed from our initial meeting with Val who took time to explain what to expect and answer all of our questions. Very thorough. Also, had a great crew led by Wayne and a great group of courteous and professional young men. In two days we had a beautiful new roof. Looks great and are delighted with the extended and transferable warranty. Val returned when the work was completed and swept for any errant nails. Great clean up each day. 100% satisfied. Glad to use a local company who has a storefront in the community.

Brian, Frank and the crew did excellent work. They cleaned up and left the property in good condition. They went beyond the call of duty. Most of all, the price was reasonabe.

Reasonable roofing work speaks for itself. My roof was torn apart and finished in one day, including one out building. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new roof.

What a great and pleasant experience we had working with Reasonable roofing and contracting. From the very beginning, working with Valerie, put our worries at ease. Everything was done and scheduled to meet our needs and at our convenience. Never did we feel rushed or even obligated. Answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Valerie is very personable and knows what she's talking about. I would definitely recommend this company and Valerie to my friends and family. Great workmanship and crew. Shout out to the crew that showed up earlier than expected and did the job. Also clean up was great! Not to mention, Valerie came by day after work was done, with her own magnet, just in case.

This company is a representation of what a company should be! They did our roof and did such a great job that we hired them to do our siding and gutters a few years later. We had an issue with a window glaring on the siding and melting it in a spot. Even though it was not their fault, Reasonable came back out and replaced the piece for no charge. Very impressive company and crew. Guys were polite and cleaned up and very personable both times. Thanks for the great job and we will refer you and call you in the future.

Reasonable replaced two roofs for us. Right from the start in working with their sales consultant, Val, we knew we were in good hands. She was knowledgeable, personable and most thorough in presenting what products and options were available to us. Her double checking and follow up visits as the work was underway and after completion were impressive.
The crew who did the work were efficient and careful. The crew chief was always open to questions and gave thorough explanations. They arrived when promised and went right to work. The cleanup was done well - nothing left behind.
Price wise this company lives up to its name: Reasonable The workmanship was excellent.

When we initially met she was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Val was so great to work with and had great communication throughout the entire process. She communicated with our insurance company and explained everything very well. The crew that did the roof did a great job, got the job done quickly. Val came by after the job was done and picked up nails left behind. We would definitely recommend Val and the crew at Reasonable Roofing, thanks for a great job!

From start to finish it was a very easy experience. The estimator Val was very helpful throughout the whole process. All the work was done on time and looks great. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been dealing with Brian Fitzpatrick since September 2023. Needless to say he is the man to have on your side. He has bent over backwards with a siding quote we are still in the process of doing, and he reassured us of everything when we just had our roof done in January. He is extremely knowledgeable with the roofing materials-as expected with a contractor-but so were the crew members who came out and installed our roof. When I first met Brian, he and another colleague instantly noticed hail damage on our siding which we didn’t know about. He is very detailed and doesn’t miss any imperfections. He is very compliant with answering my calls and texts and he has answered my texts on Sundays even. All around reasonable roofing is a great company and our contractor Brian Fitzpatrick is 10/10 the best person to deal with. He isn’t a typical salesman who pushes extra stuff on you or talks you into unnecessary things, he is concerned with the customers and how they feel about any work that needs to be done. Our roof looks great as they added a ridge vent and took out our 9 canned vents. Jim the schedule supervisor was also nice and was very quick on decisions. He called me 2 weeks prior to work being done saying he would have materials delivered and they would hopefully do the job the next week. It snowed big time but it was one day before it snowed again and he pulled the trigger on getting our house done before it snowed the next day. That was the only downfall as my fiance wanted to be home when the work was completed but I appreciated the trigger punch of his decision.

From start to finish great work! Starting with Valerie who gave us a quote to the roofers who did a great job! Thank you Reasonble Roofing!!

We had an amazing set of roofers who did our new roof last week! Reasonable roofing is a great company. Highly recommend. They we so professional and cleaned up every ounce of debris. Thank you guys!

There aren't enough words to adequately describe how happy I am with Brian Fitzpatrick and the crew that installed my mothers roof. You should be proud and honored to have them represent your company. An OUTSTANDING group of gentlemen. I will DEFINITELY recommend your company ..... thank you SO much.

Fantastic work to repair hail damage to our home. Val met with the insurance adjuster and was with us every step of the process. So glad we chose a local contractor, it made a huge difference on the insurance claim, the amount of work covered, and saved us thousands of dollars. Plus, we have complete warranty coverage now, from a trusted, local contractor.

Our garage roof got partly smashed by a tree limb during the July 2023 storm. Brian worked with us to get such a good price for the repair that we decided to get the entire 30 plus year old garage roof redone as well as gutter guards on both it and our house. The work was all expertly done and at an extremely Reasonable price!

Extremely happy in every aspect of the word. Brian, Jim and crew helped me through a major storm from start to finish. Roofing and gutter work were superior to none. Thank you, Reasonable Roofing and Contracting!

My salesperson Val was such a big help with everything and is such a wonderful person. I love my roof, they did a wonderful job! Thank you

Val is amazing! She was awesome from start to finish. The job was done great. And we appreciate everything.
Thanks Val
The Stretanski's and Handys

I chose Reasonable fir the simple fact that they were the only company out of three contacted that came out the next day after being contacted.
I work alot so my schedule is tight and not very flexible, that was a huge bonus, the other two, well one was busy and the other quoted from an online Google earth photo. Valerie Zohr was awesome she took over my projects after my former contact left the company. I started my journey with them just looking for a roof and gutters, asking the right questions quickly turned into new doors, windows, siding, and gutter guards. All things are done at a very reasonable and exceptionally good price. From beginning to end, both made me feel very secure during the whole project. They made me feel like my home was like their own, taking a huge personal interest in every little detail. Service workers gave the same feeling and vibe presented, they took their time meticulously making sure everything was picture perfect. Thank you again to the team at reasonable, you got a customer for life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good old fashion business ethics/practices.

Reasonable Roofing and Contracting was very easy to work with following hail damage to our roof, siding and gutters. Erica handled all the details with our insurance adjuster to get the approvals and the work completed in a timely manner. She and their crews were very professional.

Erica was awesome. From start to finish. The crew was just as great. You would never guess I had an ivy root growing up the side of my house actually into the siding. Thank you !

Vaal Zorr was a tremendous help throughout the whole process of repairing my hail damaged. I can’t thank Val and all the crews that did my repairs. So polite hard working and professional. My house looks great Definitely would hire this Company again Mike McL

Would highly recommend. Val was so helpful in quoting and dealing with our insurance. Workers did an amazing job, all of them. Very professional.

Very satisfied! Installers were awesome and did a fantastic job.

These guys were fantastic. They worked hard until the job was completed and the
quality was amazing.

Brian Fitzpatrick was our Rep/middle man that made sure everything was done in a timely manner and was very professional and helpful throughout the process… if you need a roof or anything that reasonable offers give Brian and reasonable a call!!

These guys are Exceptional!

From the initial quote, to the finished job they were great! our quote came with a copy of their business license and insurance liability binder (not something the competitors gave or seemed interested in) and we got a thorough explanation of the entire job. Brian was more than accommodating dropping off samples and keeping in touch as we got closer to the roofing day. When it came time to do the job the crew was just as responsive and did a great job. On time, clear communication and did a nice job cleaning everything up.
If you're looking for the cheapest price you'll need to go elsewhere, but if you're after quality, professionalism and value, you'll be hard pressed to find better!

Reasonable Roofing did a great job replacing my roof and skylights. Erica went out of her way to make sure everything was covered and did an excellent job working with the insurance company.

Best quality, Best Value, VERY professional immediately responded, on time, and so respectfully!

I'm in the process of having an 8x12 mudroom added onto my existing home.
So far, this job is going perfectly.
It's framed, shingles on and wrapped. The electrician is coming next week, the insulation will be done next. windows are ordered, the siding ordered. Erica, the Project manger, is excellent at her job! Carpentry is beautiful. Shingles are perfect.

We had roof repair and new windows with patio door and front storm door installed by Reasonable Contractors in April 2023 and was extremely pleased with the results. The workers were professional in every way. They did an exceptional job, cleaned everything up promptly, were there on time and easy to work with. I will definitely hire this company again and recommend them to others. In fact, I'm already planning the next projects I want them to do. Thank you Reasonable Contractors for the fine job you did for us

Very pleased with their service from start to finish. Erica is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I had them do the roof and gutters on my house and garage. They were very professional throughout the process and cleaned up after. Also had them install a sun tunnel in my half bath. It is great! Let’s in lots of light. I would use them again.

Reasonable is an awesome company to work with for your remodeling issues. I needed a new roof, Gutters, and trim, replaced and painted. I worked with Erica and she was very very professional, knows her work, very knowledgeable, and always responds to the customer. Her crew is very professional, respectful, hard-working employees. We need more companies like this company. Erica does not fool you and gives it to you straight up. she make sure you understand the process every step of the way as they are working. I went to four companies and found Reasonable/Erica to be the best and most courteous company. Therefore they got the job. I am very pleased with the work they did, and my new roof looks beautiful! I will use reasonable/Erica again for any future remodeling needs.

I was extremely happy with the timing and repair cost. Reasonable Roofing did an awesome job after a huge limb fell in my yard and on my roof doing damage to shingles and gutter. I would definitely contact them in the future if I am in need of any of their services.
I highly recommend them.

Reasonable is a top notch company! Erica was my sales rep and she rocked! She is highly knowledgeable, gave me great ideas and helped me make up my mind. Their prices are fair and affordable. The crew was awesome and did a great job! I am extremely happy with the work they did and would highly recommend them. Ive used them twice and would use them again.

By far the best experience I have had with a contractor ever. Bob Sinclair was very attentive and responsive. I felt like a knew him for years. The work was done in a timely manner and very professional. I absolutely love the job they did. Highly recommend.

I would Highly recommend Reasonable Contracting.
The guys cleaned up every day and showed up on time.
I'm very happy with our new roof. Thanks again!!

I worked with Erica. She was very knowledgeable and had great ideas. She kept in contact with me. I am using them for several different repairs/remodeling.

One of only two companies I could get to come out for a small residential job at the time, this one had the better quote price.

We were looking to get a new roof, siding, and windows. We were able to pick the kind of roof we wanted after they gave us the options available. We wanted to change some of the outside of our house and Val gave us some ideas and we picked what we wanted from different choices and also replaced our windows. I love the way the house looks and all the people who worked on the house were very helpful with what we wanted done and they all did a great job. I have had many compliments on my house. Thank you for doing a great job.

We had Reasonable roofing do our roof. We were really happy right from the prompt response from the sales person Valerie to the crew who did our roof. They came in and did a tear off and replacement all in one day.

Reasonable is the fifth roofing company I have used over the years. They are the best from start to finish starting with recommending what was needed and what was not necessary. The detailed quote with a competitive price was impressive. The shingle replacement was completed in a day. The cleanup was suburb. First class from start to finish.

Very professional company, Great price, Great Sales Rep. Absolutely love my new roof . The crew was very professional and respectful and did a wonderful time cleaning up.

Complete tear off and replacement, very professional and on time everyday. Great Great Job and Price !

Job - Two door garage siding. The only complaint I have is, it took them almost 3 months from when they said they would be out to do the job. We had to keep calling to check what was going on. I understand its covid and if they had other work but if they would hire someone to keep track of customers and give calls to let them know it will be a bit longer and that we havent forgotten you, would go along way. Other then that, they did a fantastic job, more then what I was expecting.

They do a great job replacing my roof after wind damage.

Needed a new roof for my son. Reasonable Roofing was very accommodating with my schedule. They made recommendations but left the final decision up to me. I shopped around and they were not the lowest bid but the best value for sure.
The new roof looks perfect, probably one of the best looking roofs in the neighborhood. I made some new friends in the neighborhood because they also used Reasonable Roofing and are just as happy with their new roofs.

Reasonable came out to repair a leak in my roof. I had two other companies out to fix it and it still leaked. Reasonable fixed it the first time. I recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Erica Schemansky on many job's. She is extremely professional, knows every detail, and makes sure the job gets done correctly and on time. THE FIRST TIME. She answered all my question befor I got to ask them. Then Delivers! Thank you. Ms Schemansky from Reasonable Roofing.

I think Reasonable is a professional company they communicate well, they also have a solution for the problems and has reasonable prices for the work being performed!!

Reasonable replaced my windows doors and roof. Great products and workmanship at a fair price. Very happy with the results. Thank you!
